MJ Glassman

MJ Glassman is retired and living in Denver Colorado in the western United States. For 30 years she was the director of a yoga-based Neohumanist early childhood education preschool. A yoga enthusiast, she is a certified teacher through Yoga Alliance at an E-500 and YACEP level. MJ has taught adults and kids yoga for decades and has facilitated international yoga teacher trainings and classes.

She is the current point person for AMAYE (Ananda Marga Association of Yoga Educators).  8 Limbed Yoga for 3-10-year-olds is a course she regularly teaches at the Neohumanist College of Asheville. MJ co-authored Coming Alive with Kids Yoga with Niiti Gannon and regularly contributes to the Gurukul Network Journal.

MJ attends yoga and meditation retreats in her spare time, plays guitar, gardens, and enjoys nature.​
